In 2025, Watchpost served as the post-production partner on a narrative film that required a unique challenge: the creation and integration of a fully realised AI Avatar character, complete with dialogue voiced by a real actor and lip synced to the avatar.
Through this project, we didn’t just use AI; we perfected a bespoke workflow. We developed a methodology for integrating synthetic elements into high-end cinematography, ensuring that the AI content felt grounded, intentional, and indistinguishable from the film’s narrative world.
